Custom Products
Most products offered are custom-made specifically for each order. Because these items are personalized with customer-provided designs, logos, or specifications, they generally cannot be resold. All custom orders are considered final once production begins.

Order Approval
Customers will receive a design proof for approval prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details including spelling, colors, sizing, artwork placement, and quantities. Approval of the proof confirms that the design is correct and ready for production.

Artwork & Customer-Provided Designs
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, or designs submitted. By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they have permission to use the design and agrees to hold our company harmless from any copyright or trademark disputes.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment may be required in full before production begins. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Production & Turnaround Time
Estimated production times may vary depending on order size, product availability, and workload. While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, turnaround times are not guaranteed.

Shipping
Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
