Refund & Return Policy

Because most of our products are custom-made, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Custom Orders
All custom apparel, promotional products, and branded merchandise are made specifically for each customer. For this reason, custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has started.

Order Approval
Customers will receive a design proof for approval before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details carefully, including spelling, design placement, colors, and sizes. Once a proof is approved, we cannot be responsible for errors that were approved during the proofing process.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive items that are damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Orders
If we make a mistake with your order (incorrect item, design, or quantity), we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in resolving any shipping-related issues whenever possible.
